Blue Safety Net Needs Assessment

The IBC Foundation commissioned a report to better understand the impact of its Blue Safety Net program and begin to address the needs of these community health centers following implementation of the Affordable Care Act. A full report and executive summary are available.

  • December 2014 — Blue Safety Net Needs Assessment, Full Report PDF This report was commissioned by the IBC Foundation to better understand the impact of its Blue Safety Net program and begin to address the needs of these community health centers following implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The aim of the assessment is to improve integration and coordination among health care safety net providers, assure health care quality and efficiency, assist centers with achieving sustainability, and assure sound stewardship of Foundation funds.

Journal of Change

The Journal of Change was created as an in-depth exploration of the rapidly shifting health care landscape and a showcase for new ideas and initiatives that will affect the way we live. Our intent is for this publication to provide a better understanding of the future of health care and of how we can channel the positive effects of these changes into healthier lives.

Healthy Futures Resource Book

Our Healthy Futures initiative was a three-year program designed to improve childhood health and wellness. Over the course of the initiative, we worked with our partners to develop a variety of tips, tools, and resources to make it easy for families to eat right, get fit, and stay well.

    This brief examines access to care issues among uninsured adults in southeastern Pennsylvania and highlights the efforts of the IBC Foundation in helping to meet the primary and preventive healthcare needs of the uninsured across the region.
