Collegiate Recovery Program

The IBX Foundation Collegiate Recovery Program grant application is open now through November 10, 2023. Colleges and universities can apply for first-year funding — up to $50,000 — to establish or expand a recovery program in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Apply now.

General Eligibility Requirements

To keep the Foundation's impact intentional and focused, organizations who wish to apply for funding must meet the following criteria:

  • Be classified as tax-exempt nonprofit under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code
  • Be located in and/or serve the five counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties
  • Have a mission that aligns with the goals and funding priorities of the Foundation
  • Be able to identify specific, measurable, short and long-term goals for the project

The Foundation does NOT fund the following:

  • Grants to individuals
  • Endowments
  • Award dinners
  • Fund-raising events
  • Capital construction
  • Conferences, seminars, trips, or camps
  • Political causes, candidates, organizations, or capital campaigns
  • Sports teams
  • Religious groups for religious purposes
  • Organizations that do not align with the mission and goals of the Foundation
