The Journal of Change was created as an in-depth exploration of the rapidly shifting health care landscape and a showcase for new ideas and initiatives that will affect the way we live. Our intent is for this publication to provide a better understanding of the future of health care and of how we can channel the positive effects of these changes into healthier lives.

Our Healthy Futures initiative was a three-year program designed to improve childhood health and wellness. Over the course of the initiative, we worked with our partners to develop a variety of tips, tools, and resources to make it easy for families to eat right, get fit, and stay well.
